While my sister’s family was here for Thanksgiving, we took a trip to the Arizona Desert Museum this past weekend. It’s mostly outdoor trails and exhibits, and as one little boy we passed said, “This is a huge moo-seum!”

My sister had gone with me to the museum in April last year, and she commented how this time, in December, things looked different – but not very much. It made me think about how the same phenomenon can happen in your business.

Sometimes the shifts and changes you make are big, like focusing on a fresh niche or developing a new profit pyramid. And sometimes you get powerful results from more subtle changes, like tweaking a program title or re-designing a coaching package to leverage your time better.
